ABOUT NIKKI

My desire to help people achieve their goals led me to pursue a career in real estate. I particularly love working with first time home buyers, investors and assisting sellers get their home ready for market. I have made the Northwest Ohio Board of Realtors Presidential Sales Club every year since being licensed in 2018. In 2020 Property Spark named Nikki a Top 100 Agent in all of Ohio on Social Media ranking #74. In 2021 I was recognized as a recipient of the Presidential Sales Club award for selling over $4.5 million dollars in real estate. In 2021, and over $6.5 million in 2022. I was ranked a top 100 agent in the Toledo area, became a social media content advisor for The Modern agent blueprint mastermind and a speaker at the 2022 Level Up Women led Real Estate and Entrepreneur Collaborative I have been blessed to help well over 100 families achieve their real estate goals! In 2022 I was awarded the role of First Vice President for The Women's Council of Realtors Toledo, and The Membership Director for 2023.

I currently reside in Perrysburg, Ohio where I have lived for the past 7 years. I am blessed with a 13 year old daughter and 2 bonus sons who are 17 & 16. When I am not selling real estate, chances are you will either catch me at one of the kids sporting events (gymnastics, cheer, volleyball, baseball, bowling or golf) or on vacation or partaking in outdoor sports myself (softball, golf)

My favorite thing about my job is helping sellers get top dollar for their home. Assisting a first time buyer accomplish the goal of being a homeowner, seeing families upgrade to their forever home, and just building great relationships with everyone I work with. My previous experience and knowledge of the industry made the decision to become a realtor a no-brainer. As an experienced designer who grew up in a family of real estate investors, my knowledge is incredibly vital to my clients.

Hi, I’m Brendon! While I wear many different professional hats in this industry, one of them is being a licensed property manager. I enjoy working with investors and being their boots on the ground here in Toledo. Previously, I worked as Nikki's transaction coordinator/administrative assistant until my business grew and I transitioned out of that position into becoming a licensed agent myself. Nikki was my realtor in 2019 and we have stayed connected pretty much ever since. I was given the wonderful opportunity to work with Nikki in September of 2020 and have loved it ever since. Some of my interests include real estate (duh!), cars, writing, piano, and red wine. If you’re reading this, hope to work with you in the near future! Hi, I’m Darla! I am a part of The Nikki Wolfe Group as the company VA. I currently live in the Philippines with my family (but grew up in Northern California). Before working with NWG, I worked with and for a handful of businesses from big corporate folks (like CapitalOne, AT&T and even Medicare) to family-owned, small town businesses. I met Nikki in August of 2022 and I can not express how much gratitude and love I have for her as not only a mentor, but a great friend.

I call myself the Jack of All Trades who loves to bake, be a nail-tech and a full-time mom during the day in my time-zone and then sit down to do Marketing, SEO, Editing and some Transaction Coordination for Nikki in her time-zone.
